George E. Talhami is a Senior Property Tax Analyst at Verros Berkshire. PC. Mr. Talhami is responsible for real estate tax assessment matters and property tax incentive work for commercial and industrial properties.
With more than 20 years of experience in the analysis of hotels, shopping centers, office complexes and industrial and manufacturing facilities, Mr. Talhami works with all types of property owners—including small business owners, contractors, builders and property managers.

After graduating from Loyola University, Mr. Talhami began his career in property tax reduction with a national real estate tax appeal law firm located in Chicago. Mr. Talhami then founded the consulting firm of Universal Realty Services, Inc., where he successfully reduced property taxes for thousands of properties.
